Who Are We…
A VRK that started in 1996 as a voluntary tour packaging group
for students and members of AIESEC in the Pretoria University
in South Africa. Today, we have metamorphosed
into a full fledged travel company and a global player in the Travel and Tourism world, one of Africa’s biggest Destination
Management Company with Units specializing in Business Travel, Tour Packaging, Destination marketing and Tourism Consultancy.

At Virginfield Tourism, we are currently redeveloping the site and our e-commerce facility will be
introduced shortly. Virginfield Tourism is committed to keeping your costs as low as possible and we work on a flat fee structure.
All payment plans must be agreed with Virginfield Tourism before work on your individual case can begin.
Immigration Accreditations - Virginfield Tourism
Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and
Asylum Act 1999. The OISC is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of
Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry. Virginfield
Tourism is registered with the OISC at the highest immigration accreditation level possible, giving clients piece of mind,
confidence and protection.
Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) Virginfield Tourism employs one Registered Migration Agent (Migration Agents
Registration Number 0005207). To maintain their Registration, Registered Migration Agents are required to undertake Continuing
Professional Development each year, in order to keep abreast of changing requirements and also to retain and improve their
existing knowledge and practice skills. As Virginfield Tourism employs a Registered Agent, all Virginfield Tourism employees
must adhere with the professional standards, as set out in the Code of Conduct.This certification affords our clients the
peace of mind that their migration application is being dealt with by a reputable, highly skilled individual.

The Migration Institute of Australia is the professional association for Australian Migration
service providers worldwide working together for the benefit of Australia.
UK Foreign Office - Know Before You Go
Virginfield Tourism are proud to be partners with the UK Foreign Office in the Know Before You Go Campaign. Our goal is
together educate and enable people to enjoy exploring our world safely and with the correct level of support and sound advice.
Recently we were invited to an evening function to be thanked by the European Minister for our efforts but we believe it is
a great partnership and makes a real difference to people and it was the FCO who cam up with the idea. So thanks to them we
can tell you all about it.
British Standards Institute
BSI is the British Standards Institute. Virginfield Tourism has introduced and maintained the latest Quality Management
System based on the model BS EN ISO 9001:2000 set out by the British Standards Institute. Virginfield Tourism are regularly
monitored and evaluated in accordance with this model, providing our customers with additional confidence in our service.
